Hunting the Crazy Mountains in Montana? I'm going to go hunting up in the crazies this weekend and all I have is a cow elk tag. When can you hunt with just a cow tag? Can I even hunt with a cow tag? Anything is appreciated!!!! Thanks!!!
is it possible to pack out an Elk by yourself without horses or atvs? Im planning on hunting public land in montana where atv's arent allowed and I dont have a horse. How do I get an 800 lb elk out of the mountains by myself.
What are your Views on hunting? ? I want to know what other peoples views on hunting are? I live in montana, everyone around here hunts, elk deer and ducks, Bison, ETC. I wanna know why people in the city think its such a bad thing? If your against hunting why? and please leave an email address if your for it Why? im just trying to open up some peoples minds to the benefits of hunting. P.S I don't slaughter animals. I hunt for the meat, not for the trophies.
