looking for hunting locations for wild pigs in california?

want 2 wild pig hunt still need license i live in ventura country california loking 4 close placs anothrinfo? printed this booklet but confusing just need help understanding the rules like how i could take them TAKE a hunting term show respect for ur take been reading some but can i just stalk and shout or be at some kind of distance havent bought hunting tool but open to bow and rifle also do i need to be lisense to carry the rifle lots of Q's

i have question for you wild hog/pig/boar hunters? i plan on goin wild boar hunting for the first time with my father. we live in california. i do know i need to take a hunter education course, get a licence, and a wild pig tag. but what else do i need to do?? of course i got the gun equip. etc. ----but when is the season?---how hard is it to get a licence?--and were to hunt....i know they have tour were they take you to hunt, but we jus wana go out on our own...
