Hog Hunting Great Danes?

I know this is not much of a liking for some people but please repsect me as I respect your believing. As that is what this breed was bred for.

I want to know if some one knows of a breeder or some one that is using Great Danes for Hog Hunting, I will appreciate very much any input on finding a hunting Great Danes, I would like to use them for Hog Hunting.
Thankyou

2. wes if you dont like hunting get the hell out of here you wuss.
grow some balls and work for your food...

3. WES, you need to find another site cause your blood pressure is out of control and your not having any fun here , so go find another place to preach your crap!

4. Please join me in reporting the peckerheaded maggot. Even though I know the admins require 500 reports in order to remove a bunny hugger and only 2 for us.

Thank you.

By the way Wes, you have also been reported to the FBI for making terroristic threats. I love print screens.

5. In Australia where I have been to a lot they have the world's largest populations of wild hogs, and hunting and knifing with dogs is very popular, and also done more than most the rest of the world combined

From what I have been told any reasonable dog breed can be trained for the job, if it learns early enough.

Of course you see certain breeds more often than others.

The only guys I know using danes have them bred them with something else shorter and more used to fighting.Like a mastiff, pitbull, boxer, bull dog etc mix.

It may be the great dane is a big strong dog but bred to be a little too big and family oriented in the modern era.

Or it just may be they are too expensive to risk a purebred on hogs over there, I don't know.

Whatever the case I think you could train one to do the job anyway.
