1. try to find a place with food(maybe a food plot or acorn trees)
on one side and water on the other side..if your near food or water most the time youll cross paths with one. other then that

know when the rut is..do doe in heat calls durning the rut..use your scents. keep your eyes open. look for deer sign and set up near it (dont over call or you'll sound fake)

deer sigh: poo, scraps, pushed down grass where they
bed-ed down, tracks...ect.

some times you can smell a deer before you see it
(its happend to me a few times)
so smell your scents and if you smell that in the woods follow it.

if you need anymore info e-mail me.
WEAR YOUR ORANGE! even if its not the law where your going to hunt..do it.

2. Yeah -- practice practice practice with your firearm.... Remember this. When an opportunity to shoot a deer arises will he be thru some brush? Up a hill? down a hill? across a ravine. Will you have to fire standing up? kneeling? leaning against a tree? over a big rock? Practice not just at a range under ideal conditions. Practice out in the field.......
