What is a real good compound hunting bow?

1. Bear/Browning are not bad.
The truth is that once you are into any of the serious compound bows they are all pretty good.
The only thing is how loud they are and how comfortable they are to draw and shoot.
If you are thinking about buying one the shop should have a range set up where you can try it and see how it feels.

3. I have a pse brute and have killed 5 animals. I live in montana and the 5 animals that i have harvested are all large animals and had no problem taking them down and the price and ruggedness is great.

4. I use a Mathews, its very smooth and rugged....I still would try other bows and brands, your bow need to fit you and how you shoot. most bow shops will let you fire your bow of choice.....

5. my opinion would be PSE i have a PSE caroll intruder and its been real good to me i haven't had to replace the string yet and i've owned it for about 2-21/2 years or bear like brown bear polar bear or brown bear are good to
