- Loosened restrictions on cross bow hunting boost sales and interest Friday, September 3, 2010 @ 3:13PMThe changes allow hunters to use cross bows in every archery and firearms season in the Lower Peninsula and in the first archery and firearms season in the Upper Peninsula. The change also lowers the minimum age for cross bow hunting from 12 to 10.
